Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child suppoprt

I have an order to pay 808 per month in child support for my daughter. Her mother makes way more money than i do. I am on a pay scale which is what the military uses. How can i get the courts to look at all angles? I cant afford this and all my bills are now fallen behind.

What do you mean by "all angles"? In Florida, child support is calculated according to a guidelines system based on each parties' after-tax income, the cost of the children's insurance, the cost of day care, and the number of children. There is no changing it. It is what the guidelines say it is. Other bills are irrelevant.
