Only a court can give you the credit you seek. Courts may modify the future, rarely the past.
Cry. Under Florida rules the Judge has minimal ability to order the return of money wrongfully taken and disbursed to the former spouse. Try your state senator or member of the legislature. Remember DCF and DOR have Gestapo powers.
You have to file a motion for credits against the child and a court order that says you get credit. Use of a lawyer is recommended in this case.
