Child support and Alimony

My wife deserted my daughters and myself to have a on going affair with another man we got back $4867. from our income tax return she took most of it and refuses to help support my daughters .She did this knowing I am disabled and waiting for my disabilty benefits which won't start for five months if then .I supported her for almost twenty years and two years ago I had a heart attack and my job closed their doors and my Doctor wrote me off 100% disabled .She has been working for about two years or less supporting us .My question is does the Law say she would have to pay child suppport?Second question is does the Law say she would have to pay alimony as well?Please advise

You have alot of issues here and this response will not be conclusive for your case. First I suggest that if you feel your marriage is over and nothing can be done to save your marriage then file for divorce. At this time all of your questions would be addressed. Who ever has custody of the children, the other parent must pay child support. Review my web page
