Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child support amending

How can I ammend a child support order that the father of my children has. He is supposed to start paying in jan 06, and gets to claim the kids on his taxes however he did not support the kids in 2005 and has not rights. what forms do i have to send in to dispute this. Also he is required to pay the insurance for the kids but i have covered them under my insurance for the past 4 months. the child support hearings were held without my consent and should not be admittable.

Re: child support amending

I assume you are referring to a Florida order. You would have to move to vacate or modify in the

Florida court. Good luck.
