child support

im applying for government help im

still with the father but in ider to

receive the help i need to apply for

child support according to the

department of children and familes

now my concer is if the father is a full

time college student will they make

him quit school to get a job and pay?

No, he won't have to quit. If he's not makng any money right now, they'll just set his income as if he were making minimum wage, and he'll have to pay based on that.
