Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child support
My ex is in arrears $7,700. I took him back to court to get his dr.license susp. until he paid up (at the suggestion of a court employee when I went to take him back for the child support arrears). However he won that case. He had an atty. and I didn't. He is now taking me back to court because he claims that 18 months of the last 2 yrs. my daughter was emancipated because she had gotten into some trouble & for 4 mos. was in a juvenile program (when she found out she was pregnant). He is trying to say she was emancipated from me. I continued to support her while she was there because she still had doctors appt., orthodontist appts., needed toiletries and paid her fines. He is suing for $7200. Does he have a case? I can't afford another attorney can you give me any general information for self respresentation abiding by the laws of the general magistrate?
