child support

if support is not bieng paid, does the custodial parent still recieve a check from the state? Thus the past due bieng owed to the state?

I would certainly let the Dept. of Revenue know about it. They can get him back in Court, they can suspend his FL driver's license or they can have this refund check or maybe even his economic stimulus check seized. Wouldn't that be a hoot!

No, if support is not being paid, the custodial parent will not receive a check. The past due is owed to the custodial parent, not the state.
