child support

My brother is in prison for 20 years, for abusing his step daughters, he has a daughter being raised by his exwife, is there any way for her to get child support from his social security?

First thing would be to contact the Social Security Adminstration or visit the web-site and see if you can get the information that way; otherwise call an attorney that specializes in SS work and the attorney can guide you.
