Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i have a child support case in FL in which I am current with payments. My ex has sent me three threatening letters since July and is wanting me to agree to raising my obligation. He has denied contact with my daughter since Sept. He just sent me a financial form to fill out, but did not send me his financial information, nor any notice from the court explaining that a hearing is filed, that my information is required, or a way in which to respond or contest. Do I have to send him my information at this time?

time to turn the tables dear. File for a modification of custody and child support along with a contempt/enforcement as to your visitation rights and take those three letters to the nearest Domestic Violence Office and file for a injuction for protection and removal of the children from him for safety.
