Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a child support case that was started a few years back for my 6 yr old. We have been trying to get the father served papers and have had no luck, either no one is home or he has moved. We have tried now through 3 different states and multiple addresses. I have paid online to locate new addresses and given them to the state. He is in the Marines and it should not be this hard to locate him. I'm running out of options on what to do.

If he is in active military service you just need to take to the base commander and the service will serve him.
