Re: Child Support Charts

A schedule of child support is set forth in Florida Statute 61.30. It can be located on various sites on the internet. The actual amount of child support is calculated by completing a Child Support Worksheet. Various factors considered include: the number of children, amount of net income, court ordered support for other children, childcare expenses and insurance/medical care costs.

There is no schedule which computes alimony. It is up to the discretion of the Court.

The isssue of child support is a serious legal matter and you should consult an attorney who is experienced in family law.
