child support...

I have two children that live in Pennsylvannia they're 17 and 20 i havent seend them in 2 years although i have visitaion rights, the mother doesnt allow them to visit. In this case would i still have to pay child support? and if so until what age?

Visitation is irrelevant to child support. You have to pay whether she allows you to see them or not. If you want to see the 17-year-old (the 20-year-old is probably emancipated under Pennsylvania law, but you'd have to ask a Pennsylvania lawyer to be sure), you'll probably have to file some sort of action in Pennsylvania. You'd have to ask a Pennsylvania lawyer to know what that action would be.

It's difficult to say whether Florida or Pennsylvania law applies for your child support purposes, but if Florida law applies, under most circumstances you would not owe current support for the 20-year-old.
