Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a child support court order of $325.00 per month and I am fulfilling my obligation on this with my first employer. I have a part time job also now and the state of florida submitted an order to my part time to deduct child support from my part time, can they do this without a court adjustment hearing?

They cannot collect the same amount twice.
