Child support

I have a court order that says i stop paying child support at my childs age of 18, she will be 18, 4mos. Before she finnishes school, they are sueing me to pay those four mos. What are my rights, and can i say no, can the judge rule aginest me.

Re: Child support

The statute reads that if a child turns eighteen, and they are still in secondary school, that you do have to pay for those months until they graduate. Unless your judgment says otherwise, you will be obligated to pay those 4 months.
