If a dad oweing arrears tn fails to pay on deadlin eof court order and flees to forida can he be brought back for judgemnet

He can probably be held in contempt, but that is not an extraditable offense so he can't be brought back. There are other ways to get to him.

If the case originated in the Dept of Revenue, it might get transfered to the state he fled to. There are provisions in the IRS Code to seize any tax refund he might get this year or any other year to pay for the arrearages. Also his driver's license can be suspended 'til he pays up. So the long arm of the law can reach out and touch him.
