child support
if i have my child 4 days a week his mother has him 3 days through joint custody could i ask for child support? can she ask for child support?

Ask whom?
If this case is already in the Court system, ask the judge about it. Since it joint custody and it is about as even a deal as you can get, why even bother with child support. You take care of the child's expenses when he/she is with you and vice versa!
