child support
how can i dismiss child support payments when he makes more than me and children are doing fine?

You can't dismiss them. If you agreed to it at the start of the case, then you are stuck unless you can prove some kind of change of circumstances that brought about the disparity of income.
Your atty can modify the child support if there is a real good reason. Just making more will not do it.
