Re: child support

The child support will be established based on Florida Child Support guidelines. Your income and that of your spouse, plus the number of children will determine the amount. You should start reviewing and adjusting your expenses now to make sure you can pay guidelines child support. Your attorney or an attorney can help to determine child support for your situation.

Child support is based on your income and the income of your spouse according to Florida Statutory Guidelines.

If you don't have an attorney that can perform this calculation for you, visit my website at http://www.jameshartlaw.com/practice_areas/divorce-attorney-orla.cfm.
