divorced in NY, everyone lives in Fla for 10yrs 2 kids and ex wife. Can mocifications to the divorce agreement be done in Florida?

can the age of majority be changed from 21(ny) to fla(18) since everyone lives in florida...

Yes, you can bring the proceeding in Florida. Initially, if not already done, there must be a proceeding in Florida to domesticate the Judgment.
