Child Support

My ex-husband is due to retire from the military soon; my existing divorce decree/child support order is in Georgia, my child resides in Florida, can I petition the courts to revise the support order to come directly from his pension before he is discharged?

You need to domesticate the Georgia judgment in Florida, and then seek relief here. Good luck
