Child Support

My ex-husband owes me nearly $7000 in back child support. He purchased his home AFTER that debt was established. Can I place a lien on his home?

Talk to the FL attorney general's office; they'll probably have some advice for you and get a lawyer or collection company after your ex. If you let him get away with this it is also your fault.

You cannot place a lien on his property. You should talk to a Florida Family Law Attorney to assist you in enforcing the order to make child support payments.
