Child Support
My ex-husband is telling me that my daughter's child support will cease in August after she turns 18. I thought that if a child was continuing education that the child support continues until he/she graduates or quits. Which is true?

If she is still in high school, child support continues until she graduates. If you are talking about college and nothing was stipulated in your divorce agreement, he is not obligated to continue paying child support.
