Child Support

What can a father do to if he is a college student on a fixed income and someone from another country is filing child support in Florida.

Make sure you respond appropriately and ask for your DNA test... They will consider your income such as it is now provided you arent' not working to keep out of child support. You should contact and attorney or legal aid.
