Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child support

The father is fleeing to California saying that he doesnt have to pay child support, meanwhile he's still married to another and has 4 kids from 3 different mothers and pays no support or anything. What steps, besides filing, should I take to make sure my child and I are taken care of?

All you can do is file. You might consider using a private lawyer, who can probably move through the system more quickly than DOR, and can possibly get him served before he leaves Florida.
