Child support is based on the net incomes of both parties, the number of children common to both parties, and the percentage of overnights each parent spends with the children. It also takes into account any health insurance costs for the children, as well as any daycare expenses.

Child support is calculated per Florida Statute Section 61.30. It is calculated using the parties incomes and factoring in the time sharing schedule with the child(ren), plus health insurance and day care costs. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.
