Child support

In florida, is there a law stating anything about fully diabled spouse reduction in child support ? Ex wife wanting more but don't have enough money for medical and perscription exspenses as it is my wife can't get all scips as it is each mounth!!!!!!! Please if you can help .

No. The mandatory guidelines do not make any exception if one of the parents is disabled. Your children still have to eat and need clothes to wear and a place to sleep. You have the same obligation to support your children despite any disability unless and until a court modies the child support order.
