Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child Support

My girlfriend told me she was on birth control(the shot). I don't believe her. So, if I were to draft a contract stating that with the information she provided and she did indeed get pregnant I would not owe any financial responsibility. Is this a feasable contractual situation?

You can't contract away your responsibilities as a father.
