regarding child support
My Husband has two children with two different women whom reside in florida he currently pays 500 for one and the other is in court, will the payments get split between the two children?

No. If the needs are such that the one child is getting $500 per then that order will not be disturbed. You indicate that the second child's support order has not be established. That too will be based on the child's needs and the father's ability to pay. They are separate and apart from the first child.
