Child Support

My ex husband and myself were divorced in WA state we have a child support from WA state nether one of us lives in WA any more I want to take him back to court because he has failed to pay me child support for the last nine months. Do I have to go back to WA in order to do this or can I do it in the Florida courts where I live. My ex lives in NH.

A valid child support order is enforceable in any state.

You do not have to go back to WA.
