child support

i,am in the arrears for around 177,000 dollars i have been homeless and out of work for most of the time.when i feel behind on my child support i lost my lisence and at the time all i had done was drive truck which made it impossiable to get a job therefore i became homeless.i now have moved to florida and started a new life and would like to try and get my payments lowerd and my driving privliage back so what i'am looking for is a lawyer who can help me.thank-you
