Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child Support

I have an income deduction order, which requires that my son's father pay me $410/mo. He has been working since January and his two other children have rec'd their support since that time. So I mailed a letter and a copy of the order to the employer. I found out that the employer discussed the letter with him and they intend to mail my letter back to me. Would I be able to sue th employer since federally requires that they uphold this order or they are liable for the amount not withheld?

Re: Child Support

Talk to the attorney who assisted you in the divorce for assistance in pursuing a claim against the employer, or at least finding out why they ignored the Order. They may have a legally sufficient reason.
