Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child Support Language

Hi,

In the modification papers that my ex husband is trying to force me to sign, it says that ''The Former Husband shall pay _____ in child support per week, via Income Deduction Order with a 30-day or more delinquency stay provision, to the Former Wife, effective from the filing date of his modification petition. What does this mean? Should I sign this? Will he then be able to be as late and as far behind as he wants in payments?
