Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
child support legal calculation based on insurance
the state will like me to pay $860 in child support based on my income.
i have requested a hearing because i pay $350 a month for insurance for my child.
legally will that amount i pay in insurance for my child be deducted from the amount i have to pay bease on my income?

Re: child support legal calculation based on insurance
Health insurance payments should be included as part of the child support you are paying. It is part of the child expense.
