Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child support

I lost my job due to cutbacks and can no longer pay my child support. My ex wife says she will have me arrested for non pay. What can I do? I cannot afford a lawyer to dispute this because I have no money coming in and had to move back in with my folks. Can she do this? Is there anything I can do? I have kept up all of my payments until now and now I had to give back my transportation because I cannot make the payments.

File a Motion to Abate or Modify Child Support to have support stopped or lowered to an amount you can afford.
