Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am looking to get my child support lowered. My children used to go to private school and no longer do. The custodial parent has remarried but isn't working. Her husband is in the military and receives extra money for the children. How will the income be calculated for her if at all?

Possibly minimum wage - it would depend on if she had a job and was making more then quit the job.
