if someone is trying to get child support from me and the child is not mines but we are not together but we are legally married still, what happend?

Were you married to the mother at the time she had the child? If so, you are legally obligated to pay the child support payments. If she had the child, and then you married her, then NO you are not legally obligated. Only the bio father then will be responsible.
