Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My child support modification document reads as follows:

"The parties will exchange written receipts for all out-of-pocket medical dental and vision expenses on the 10th of month following the month the party receives the receipt (as evidenced by the date on the receipt). No receipts that have not been exchanged by this deadline will be reimbursed by either party. In any event, no receipts for expenses over 60 days prior to the exchange will be considered." Does this mean that receipts for March 28th that were submitted for April bills on May 10th, don't need to paid?

Since the "No" receipts that have "not" been exchanged by this deadline will be reimbursed by either party - is a double negative, does that mean that they will be reimbursed regardless of the lateness of the submission?

The language is confusing however in my opinion "No receipts that have not been exchanged by this deadline will be reimbursed by either party" means the ones you described are late and do not need to be paid.

Doesn't seem unclear to me. March receipts submitted in May don't get paid.
