Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I had a child support modification heaverring. My ex is asking 1100 a month and I make just over 2000 a month. The magistrate said it would take him about a week to make his decision. I checked the court docket and saw this " STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXCLUDE STATE OF FLORIDA FROM PROCEEDINGS", what could this mean?

Our child is 8. I am also remarried with another child. My ex is claiming disability and stated she is 12% disabled. I pointed out to the court that the job she had was sitting behind a desk at a computer answering phones and that she is currently doing online college classes, which requires her to sit at a desk behind a computer. I also pointed out that she was making $2600 a month at her last job. My ex and her attorney tried to include my current wife's income and I stated that all debts I have on my financial affidavit do not include my wife's debt. I also stated that if I had included her income and debts, that my deficit would be even greater than it is with just my income and bills.

Not know what the doc states - I would have to guess that this was dealing with the Dept. of Revenue and so they have agreed to step out of the pleadings and let the two of you work it out.
