child support modification

How to obtain w2 and 1099 income on my ex-husband for last three years in order to submit to court the correct amount for modification? He is not cooperating under law.

If you have already filed your supplemental petition for modification, and you have not received his financial affidavit and copies of his taxes, w-2 forms and 1099 forms, you should file a Motion to Compel Disclosure. Most counties require that you write him a warning letter giving him ten days to comply before you file your motion.
