Child Support

The mother of my 19 year old son has drop my support obligation in the state of Florida but,the state still has me in their system as own- ing back child support.She never re-cieved any help from the state of Fl-rida so,why are they doing this to me?there is a warrant out on me in that state still.

I'm guessing payments were not to be made directly to your ex-spouse. When they stopped, enforcement quicked in. They would not have known that she gave up support before it was time to do so. It would help to end support through the court (if that's what the two of you agreed on) and have an order terminating support before the original order's date. Then, you would have something to present to the enforcement bureau.
