Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child Support Network Illegally Garnishing

Here is my situation. I was paying child support to my ex in Florida (she was military) she and her new husband adopted my son with my consent. The adoption paperwork clearly states that all matters involving she, me and my former son were terminated at the adoption date. The Child Support Network who was contacted by my ex to collect back child support before the adoption. Since the adoption the CSN was contacted that the order for collection of child support was no more due to adoption.

Now the CSN is garnishing my wages to collect the back child Support. I contacted a lawyer here in Delaware and they said that based on the adoption paperwork the CSN is not legally able to do this. What can I do since the adoption and the child support came through Florida?

The adoption order should not affect support due prior to the order date.
