Can a non custodial parent be responsible to help with college, extra curricular activities and hair loss replacement for a child with alopecia

Generally, child support does not include payment for college and extra-curricular activities under Florida law, though there are exceptions. It's common for the non-custodial parent to be required to pay for medical expenses not covered by insurance. I'm fairly certain that just about any judge would agree that hair loss replacement would be considered a medical expense.
