I have had three differant notices to withold income sent to my employer in the past year, with differant amounts. The lowest amount is now being deducted.I believe this is not correct.Who's going to be responsible for all back amounts, when the error is found out?

Re: child support notice to withhold income

You are still liable for the full amount. You need to either file a motion to modify your income deduction order (sometimes you can just call and ask them to increase it) or pay the extra to the SDU. If you don't, you could be held in contempt.
