child support

I am being obligated to pay 500 in child support a month when i only make 1200 a month and support two other people with that also. there is no way i can live on that i need to know if i give up the rights to my child and sign her over will i still have to pay. i know this sounds awfull but i am not making my bills because of this

You cannot just give up your parental responsabilities. However, a court will not make you pay so much child support that you cannot live on what you have left. I don't know how you got the figure of $500 but there are statutory guidelines. Even if according to them, you still were supposed to pay that much, because of your special circumstances, you could petition the court to deviate from the guidelines.
