child support

my oldest son will be 18 in july does my child support stop on him my support was supposed to revisited in 3 years from the day of my divorce now after 10 years my ex-wife wants more i think she,s now trying to prolong it because its almost coming to an end i think this was done out of spite now she and her attorney are trying to get me to pay for my son intil he turns 19 because thats when he will grduate

Re: child support

depends on how the agreement/order was worded. Usually child support will last until the child finishes school.

However, you or your attorney need to check the exact language of the agreement or the order.

Such a long delay to "revisit" the child support issue has probably been waived long ago cause no one re-addressed it.
