Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a child support order from the divorce. Now he's moving to the Phillipines & says they don't enforce Florida orders. Is there a way to protect child support, or enforce order if he does not pay?

YOu need an immigration attonrey to help you on this. However, if he does not pay and then tries to return to the US, you can have him placed in jail, his driver's license removed and still enforce back child support payments even after the child turns 18.
