Can a parent receiving child support leave the state of residence and still receive child support

The state of residence doesn't affect entitlment to child support, but there are laws affecting the custodial parent's ability to remove the children more than 50 miles from ther residence.

Yes. But one does not follow the other. If this is a Court case, even a DOR (Dept of Revenue) case I would clear it with the authorities and also the other parent. Want him/her to know where the checks are to be sent?
