Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child Support Help

Paternity has been established for my daughters father and every time the courts try to serve him his papers for the court date he moves to a different state in orfer to avoid going to court. So there had been no court case as of yet. I have refiled now 4 times and have not yet been to court. Should I hire a lawyer to help me with this problem?
