Child support is based on the net incomes of the parties, along with the percentage of overnights each party has with the child. Also included are childcare and health insurance expenses for the child.

Child support is calculated pursuant to FL guidelines based upon the incomes of the parties and factoring in day care and health insurance costs, generally. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659
