Child support

I pay 500 a month in child support my ex is wanting moe do to he reuses to get a real job and says he can get more is this true

It depends on what the child support guidelines say. Most judges will assume that you have the income that you could be making, not the income that you are really making, if you refuse to get a real job. So if he's refusing to work at a job where he could be making as much as he should be making, it will probably hurt him.
